Start over after a stop
Who can start over
- Your Minute account was stopped.
- Your Crowtado account is not restricted.
Steps
1. Review what went wrong
Read why your Minute account was stopped and how to fix each reason, so your new account is not stopped too.
2. Use a new personal email
Choose a personal email address that only you use. Do not use a work, shared or forwarding address, or the email of your stopped Minute account.
3. Link your new Minute account
Enter the new email here. We send a code to confirm it. Then sign up in the Minute app with that email and come back to finish.
Good to know
- There is no appeal for a stopped Minute account.
- Your Crowtado balance and history stay. Your old Minute account stays in your history.
- Fix the reasons first, or your new account can be stopped too.
