Set up Minute
Set up the app
- Install the Minute app.
- On the Minute task page, save the email you use in Minute. Confirm it with the code we send.
- Verify your email in the Minute app too. Minute pauses accounts that are not verified.
- In Minute, open Settings and enter the organization code shown on your Minute task page. If the page shows two codes, use the one for where you record.
- Record in the app. Recordings upload on their own.
Use one Minute account and keep the same email.
Supported phones
- iPhone 12 or newer, except iPhone 16e and 17e.
- Google Pixel 6, 7, 8 or 9, including Pro.
- Samsung Galaxy S21, S22, S23 or S24, including + and Ultra. Also S25+ and S26+.
- Recordings from other phones are not accepted.
- Record in landscape at 1080p or higher.
Camera setup
- Strap the phone to your forehead at eye level, in landscape.
- Tilt it down about 45 degrees so your hands show while you work.
- Tighten the strap so the phone does not bounce or slide.
- Keep the lens clean and uncovered.
- Record in good, even light.
- Stand or walk while you record. Seated recordings are not accepted.
